Definitions
Public Offer Agreement – a public contract with terms identical for all Buyers, acceptance of which by the Buyer through payment for Goods and/or Services is considered acceptance of this Agreement between the Seller and the Buyer.
Personal Data Controller (hereinafter the Company) – Easy China Business Limited, registered at: 510000, China, Guangdong province, Guangzhou, Liwan District, Liu Hua Road 39, office E-12, which owns the website ecb.bz and its subdomains.
Website (hereinafter the Site or Service) – an administered software system hosted at https://ecb.bz or its subdomains, accessible to Site users via the Site interface, providing the following functionalities:
- viewing information about Goods and other materials posted by the Site Administration;
- selecting desired Goods (adding to the “Cart”);
- registering and logging in;
- placing orders for the Company’s Goods and Services;
- receiving personalized educational content both free and paid;
- asking questions to operators and Site Administration.
Online Store Operator – a company employee authorized by the Administration to accept Orders from Buyers, provide user consultations, issue Invoices, and supply payment details for the Company’s Services. Only company employees whose contact details are listed on the Site in the "About the Company" section can act as online store operators.
Order – one or more positions of the Company’s Services from the list of Business Services and/or Logistics selected and specified by the Buyer as desired for ordering on the Website.
Personal Account (or User Account) - a personal and non-accessible to third parties section of the Site, accessed by the Client through entering a personal login and password. It contains information about the Client’s orders, their payment and fulfillment status, account balance, and provides functionality for remote interaction between the Parties during the execution of the Agreement.
User - an individual aged 18 or older, fully legally capable, who uses this website and/or its specific tools, agrees to the terms of the Public Offer, and complies with all its conditions described below.
Client – any natural or legal person from an unlimited circle of persons, possessing legal capacity and expressing the desire to conclude a remote sales contract with the Offeror and/or by physically visiting the company’s office.
Transport Company (hereinafter TC) – a third independent party to the agreement providing delivery services of goods from China to the destination country where the Buyer arranged delivery of the Order. It may be an affiliated company with Easy China Business, a partner transport company, or another transport company independently chosen by the Client.
Manufacturer - a manufacturing company or supplier of Goods that may be ordered by the Buyer within the scope of provided Services.
Parties - collective term for Manufacturer, Company, Client, and Transport Company.
Goods - any tangible and intangible objects, information about which may be posted on the Site, unrestricted in circulation, freely transferable and assignable from one party to another under a sales contract.
Service - a list of specific actions provided by the Administration for a commission fee upon Buyer’s request, information about which is available in the Site section "Services".
Cookies - computer data, in particular small text files that are recorded and stored on devices, enabling the User to use the Site’s web pages.
Administrator’s Cookies - cookies placed by the Administrator linked to the provision of electronic services via the Portal.
Third-Party Cookies - cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the Site’s web pages.
Device - an electronic device through which the User accesses the Site.

How We Use and Process Your Personal Data
We use your personal data because you have decided to place Orders on our website ecb.bz and its subdomains, or you have agreed to receive commercial information by email at the address you provided during registration on the Site or when contacting the Site Operator via online chat or messengers, or you have provided us your data from the store’s website. The Site operates under a Public Offer Agreement, the terms of which you can read at the link.
If you are a Client of our Service, we process your personal data for the following purposes:
- To fulfill the purchase agreements concluded with you on the Site – the legal basis for processing your data in this case is the Public Offer Agreement concluded with the Administrator through acceptance of the Site’s Offer. In this regard, we will require the largest volume of data from you, but only to the extent necessary to execute the purchase agreement and deliver the Goods you have purchased. Providing your personal data for this purpose is mandatory and necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement.
- To maintain your account on the Site – the legal basis for processing your data is the agreement concluded with the Administrator by creating a User account and accepting the Site’s offer. Creating an account on the Site will allow you to access the data you provided, including your Order history, and exercise certain rights related to data processing. Providing your personal data for this purpose is not mandatory, but necessary for the fulfillment of the agreement.
- To carry out complaint procedures regarding Goods or Services – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the Administrator’s obligation arising from compliance with the Public Offer and warranties. Providing personal data in the complaint form is mandatory for proper consideration of your claims.
- If you give your separate consent, we will send commercial information about Goods and/or Services, including promotional offers, to the email address you provided – in this case, the legal basis for processing personal data is your consent, which is not mandatory, and you can withdraw it at any time by following the link we include in every email containing commercial information. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
- If you give your separate consent, we send commercial information, including promotional offers, to the mobile phone number you provided for the Site – in this case, the legal basis for processing is your consent, which is not mandatory, and you can revoke it at any time by contacting us, for example, via the contact details provided above. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.
- To send personalized marketing messages on the Store’s websites, for example, in the form of offers to purchase Goods and/or Services using profiling. Messages will be prepared based on analysis of your purchases – the legal basis for processing your data in this case is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is marketing of goods offered on the Site, both the Administrator’s own Goods and/or Services and those of Suppliers.
- For statistical purposes for the internal needs of the Administrator – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is collecting information to develop activities and tailor services to the needs of Site users.
- To confirm the fulfillment of our obligations and assert claims or defend against claims that may be made against us, as well as to prevent or detect fraud – the legal basis for processing your data in this case is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, which is protecting rights, confirming performance, and receiving remuneration from the Administrator’s clients in this regard.

We process your data in accordance with the law, ensuring that it remains accurate and up to date. Therefore, from time to time, we will remind you to update your data by sending a message to the email address you provided.
Your personal data will not be processed for automated decision-making without your consent.
Is the Transfer of Personal Data Mandatory?
It is your decision whether to provide personal data and which data to share, but please remember that when placing Orders on the website ecb.bz and its subdomains, providing certain data is mandatory to fulfill the public sales contract and/or Agency Agreement, because without this data we will not be able to process your order.
You are not required to consent to receiving commercial information at the email address or phone number provided for the fulfillment of the concluded sales contract. If you do give your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
How Long We Process Your Personal Data
Typically, we will retain personal usage data for 10 years or until you request its deletion.
All other data, as indicated above, will be stored only as long as necessary for the purposes for which we originally collected it. We may also retain information in accordance with legal requirements.

How Quickly We Respond
We will strive to process your requests and answer your questions about data as quickly as possible. In any case, you should receive a message from us no later than 30 days after we receive your inquiry.
During this period, we will provide you with a response or inform you of an extension, explaining the reason. If we have doubts about whether the request was made by you, we may ask a few additional questions to verify your identity.
Types of Cookies Used

- displaying advertising tailored to the User’s preferences using internet advertising tools, such as Google AdSense;
- allowing portal entry from social network pages, such as Facebook, Google, TikTok, and other social networks;
- using interactive features to promote the Site through social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Telegram;
- using functions to facilitate communication via the Site’s web page that come from external internet servers, such as Online Chat.
Definition of Conditions for Storing and Accessing Cookies
At any time, the User can independently change the settings related to cookies, defining the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s Device through them.
