Project Calculation and Commercial Proposal
We provide in the commercial proposal a project calculation for selected product items indicating all planned project costs: 
  • Prices and MOQ for the batch under the required Incoterms production format;
  • Information on production lead times;
  • Packaging data;
  • Planned calculation of all costs - manufacturing/inspection, packaging, logistics, and customs clearance along several delivery routes;
  • Unit cost considering all expenses.
05.
30% Prepayment
Upon acceptance of the commercial proposal, we agree on the payment schedule, you make a prepayment to start production (services and advance) according to the approved payment format, and we begin work.
Payment can be made by individuals or legal entities in the form of a direct contract with the factory, our company in China, or through an agency agreement with our legal entity.
We can offer any project-appropriate payment method to China or optimize the current one.

Production Launch
If the sample quality is acceptable and the factory does not produce test batches in the first iteration of line launch - the entire batch (series) is launched into production.

Test Batch
If the factory can produce a test batch for intermediate control, a test batch is launched followed by a quality audit.

Quality Inspection
After the entire batch is ready, an on-site quality inspection of the goods is conducted.
We perform 100% quantity control and selective quality inspection according to the technical specifications (agreed % of the batch) with photo/video reports and nonconformity management (product rework, replacement).
For certain product categories, intermediate inspections are required based on production stages. For example, footwear.

70% Payment
If there are no nonconformities or defects in the batch or after all remarks are resolved - the final payment (70% of the invoice) for the produced batch is made.
Only in this format is there leverage over the factory and the ability to quickly resolve nonconformities after batch audit.

Packaging and Shipment
If there are no nonconformities or defects in the batch, the product is packaged and labeled according to the requirements of the transport company, marketplace, or fulfillment center.
The packaged and export-ready goods are sent to the transport company’s terminal, and this completes our scope of work under the service.
If necessary, a pre-loading inspection and container loading inspection are performed.
