How the Claims and Non-Conformity Support Service Works
We take full responsibility for the quality of the services provided. If you discover defects or shortages – follow the simple procedure according to our public offer.
Submit your claim within the specified timeframe
Contact us within 14 calendar days after the actual receipt of the goods. For paid informational services, the claim submission period is up to 7 calendar days from the date of receiving the service result.
Describe the issue and provide evidence
Specify the order and receipt dates, type of non-conformity, quantity of units, transaction amount, and links to photos/videos. If necessary, sending a sample for expert examination may be required.
We will compare your claim with the terms of reference and offer conditions
Our team will verify whether the case qualifies as a supported claim, check for any exclusions, and determine the possible resolution procedure within the current terms.
We will agree on a resolution option
Based on the review, possible solutions include product replacement in the next shipment, sending spare parts, on-site repair, partial or full reimbursement by crediting your account balance, or a discount on company services — depending on the defect type and batch size.

Claims for informational services are accepted within 7 days after receiving the result.
For goods — within 14 days after receiving the product.
Claims related to logistics and customs clearance are handled separately and are not covered by this standard claim form.
For product claims, please prepare in advance: order/invoice number; upload photo and video evidence to any cloud storage (Google Drive, Mega) and provide a link to the materials.
